I found an image simply by searching "lungs drawing" in Google, and started drawing it myself to use as an outline to place my objects around to make the lungs shape. In the middle of drawing it, I wasn't happy with the way it was turning out, and realised there was no actual reason as to why I was copying this image, except so that I wasn't using somebody else's photograph in my work, even though I still am indirectly. So I gave up trying to copy the photograph and am just going to use the original photograph instead.
