I presented my research into Massimo Vignelli's to a group of my peer students and I got a lot of good, productive responses from them.
They thought how I described my favourite place and my happiest memory, in great detail, gave it a very personal touch, and thought that this made it different to other people's in a positive way.
Comments were also made on how I described why I liked Garamond, my chosen typeface, and how I commented on the structure of the letters and the type of serifs.
All the responses I have gotten from my peers has been very useful in how I will present my presentations in the future, and things I could improve and change next time around.
Listening to other peoples presentations as well was really beneficial to me as it gave me an idea as to the different ways you could of interpreted the brief, and also helped me get to know my peers better, which will help when we have to do group tasks. Seeing how other people presented their presentations, the layout of each slide was also interesting, how some people used bubbles to put their information in and some people used columns, was really interesting and has made me think about how I could improve the aesthetics of my presentation next time.
